EY1 had their very first cookery lesson of the year, and what a colourful start it was! To link with our topic of rainbows and colours, the children made their very own fruit kebabs.
We focused carefully on using our cutting skills, learning how to chop fruit safely. The children explored a wonderful variety of fruits, noticing the different colours, shapes, and textures. They were so excited to try new flavours and had a yummy taste test at the end!
