As part of our Ancient Rome topic, the children took part in an authentic Roman Feast. ððĨ
The young citizens sampled everything from "Soldier’s Meat" to the famous "Garum" sauce!
There were some brave faces, some very surprised taste buds, and a lot of discussion about how life (and snacks!) have changed over 2,000 years.
The big question of the day: Could you survive a dinner party with no forks? ðī
P4 proved they could eat like true Emperors using only their fingers!
