EXCEPTIONAL SCHOOL CLOSURE - Tuesday 27th January 2026 - In light of the EA update on Storm Chandra, we have taken the decision to close the school tomorrow in the interest of health and safety.This decision has been taken by all the primary schools in Downpatrick.Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Due to industrial action by the teaching and non- teaching unions, the school will be closed on Friday 13th March. If there are any further developments regarding this matter, I will contact you immediately. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

The school will be closed on Tuesday 17th March for St Patrick’s Day.
