Today we welcomed our new Primary 1 pupils to St Brigid’s for their Induction Morning. They had a lovely morning meeting their teacher and making new friends. There were lots of excited boys and girls as they enjoyed a play session and a visit to the park.

🏃‍♀️🏅 Key Stage 2 Sports Day – What a Day! ☀️🎉 Our KS2 pupils brought the energy, determination, and team spirit to the field today for Part Two of our Sports Day celebrations! From the thrilling long race to the classic sprint, relay, sack race, and more – every event was packed with excitement and effort! 💪🔥 A huge highlight of the day was our school’s first ever Poc Fada – a fantastic display of skill and strength that had everyone cheering! 🏑👏 What a brilliant addition to our sports tradition! We’d also like to give a massive thank you to Graham from Actisport for his incredible support and enthusiasm throughout the day 🙌 Well done to all our pupils for their amazing participation and sportsmanship. You made us proud! 💙 🤍

🎉 Sports Day Fun – Part One! 🏅 Today was all about energy, excitement, and endless smiles as our Foundation Stage and Key Stage One pupils took to the field for their Sports Day! 🌟 From the bean bag throw to the sack race, and the ever-challenging potato and spoon, our little athletes gave it their all! 🥔🏃‍♂️💨 We saw incredible balance in the bean bag balance, lightning speed in the sprint, and fantastic teamwork in the relay. 🏁👏 It was a joy to see the children cheering each other on, showing great sportsmanship, and most importantly—having fun! 💛 A big thank you to all the staff and families who came to support and helped make the day so special.
