Volcanic eruptions in P3

We are finding out about how dinosaurs became extinct. Scientists believe a volcanic eruption may have killed all the dinosaurs and this may be the reason why they are extinct.

We used plaster to make a volcano. Then we painted it. Next we put baking soda all around the top of our volcano and added vinegar. This produced a chemical reaction. Carbon dioxide gas was produced and gas bubbles left the volcano. It was just like lava erupting from our volcano!
